How to measure your bust
With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.

How to measure your underbust
Measure around your ribcage, directly underneath the bust.

How to measure your waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and your body.

How to measure your hips
With your feet approximately 6" apart, measure around the fullest part of your hips. This area usually corresponds to the top of your legs.

 

Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to processing times that are separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination after it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier.  Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Order processing times may be delayed due to circumstances beyond of our control such as high volume of orders, weather related events, natural disasters, civil or government unrest, or public health crisis or pandemics.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at connect@shopthecore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. 

Delivery Policy

If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for reship or a store credit. Core does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review each request on a case by case basis.

Out of Stock Items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock; we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order and issue a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 business days after approval.
